TOM YUM KUNG

We prepared a recipe for Tom Yum Kung from Vatcharin Bhumichitr, Stylish Thai in Minutes: Over 120 Inspirational Recipes. Our final reflections on this project are as follow.

Before we started the project, we didn't realize that the Thai red chilli pepper could be so spicy in a very same portion! Most of our classmates enjoyed it and described it as "very interesting and refreshing", "aromatic", "super spicy" and "appetizing".

Overall, the soup reflects well on traditional Thai cuisine. The soup  tastes good and all the ingredients would be found at Canadian grocery stores, and most importantly, it's fast and easy to prepare at home.
