- 1 ¼ cup - lukewarm water

- ½ cup - Wondra flour (Robin Hood Blending Flour)
- 1 tbsp - rice flour
CREME FILLING:
- 1 ½ tsp - sugar
- 5 slices - white sandwich bread
- 2 ¼ cups - half-and-half
- 1 ½ tbsp - cornstarch
SYRUP:
- 1 cup - water
- 2 tbsp - lemon juice
- 2 cups - granulated sugar
TOPPINGS:
- Zaher lamoon (Orange Blossom Jam)
