RICE PAPER SALAD ROLLS

  • 5 to 6 ounces (150 to 180g) dried vermicelli
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 8 ounces (225g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 24)
  • 6 ounces (180g) boneless pork shoulder or pork loin (about tje the size of your palm)
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 12-16 springs cilantro and mint
