Based on our analysis, it seems that this recipe should be eaten only on special occasions. If this recipe was consumed on a day to day basis, it would put an average person over their suggested daily intake of many nutritional components. For example, having one serving of the apple tart is 75% of the suggested maximum daily intake of cholesterol at 226.2 mg. However, the milk, butter, and egg yolk offer a substantial amount of Vitamin A which plays an important role in the growth and development of several bodily systems. One alteration that could be made to improve its nutritional value would be opting for a natural sweetener like Stevia instead of regular white sugar. Stevia is much more concentrated and does not add calories or affect blood sugar levels.
