Based on my analysis, it seems this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten weekly. Chilled fruit soup is very high in sugar, however. Preparing this dish when strawberries are in season would result in sweeter and more flavourful berries. You could then halve the sugar without losing the essential nature of the recipe.
