Four adult servings of this recipe cost $ 9.92. If we had used the highest priced ingredients we saw for sale on November 12 in Kitchener, this cost would be 17.07% higher. If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 20.58% lower. Among them, the most expensive ingredient is pork, $7.33 for 3.49 lb. (22% of total cost), but we only use a small amount. Shrimp is also expensive for the cost of $5.99 (18% of total cost). The herbs like perilla, garlic chives and mint are also considered expensive because it is out of season.
