We prepared a recipe for Rice Paper Salad Rolls from the Andrea Nguyen, The PHO Cookbook. Our final reflections for this project are as follows. This recipe worked well in terms of time, cost and cooking facilities. The time it took to make these wraps was under half an hour, making it a very sensible meal for people with little time to cook. This recipe worked well in the sense of cost, due to the recipe only costing us $10 per 4 people, making it $2.50 per serving. Our classmates loved the recipe as we won the favourite food in our section! Our overall rating of this food, based on both our tastes and our classmates, is a 10 and we would love to share the recipe with you all!
