Penne all’arrabbiata

  • In a large pot of boiling water salted water, cook the pasta for 10-15 minutes
  • While pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.  Add garlic and chilies and cook until garlic is golden.  Add tomatoes.  Reduce heat and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the frying pan and toss well.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese
