Based on my analysis, it seems that this recipe could be part of a healthy diet and eaten a couple of days per week. Someone can add additional watercress into this recipe to increase the nutritional benefit because it contains a high level of Vitamin C. The potatoes also contribute a good amount of iron and protein.
