4 adult servings of this recipe cost $6.93. If we had used the highest priced ingredients we saw for sale on October 31st in Guelph, this cost would be 1.2% higher. If we had used the lowest priced ingredients, the cost would be 2.4% lower.  Since most ingredients have only one option available, the cheap and expensive option are quite similar.  The investment of making this recipe is quite high due to the high price of ghee, mustard seeds and caraway seeds. The recipe would be 40% more expensive if these ingredients are thrown away after just one use.
