  • 1 ½ cups + 2 tbspAll-purpose flour

CRÈME SAINT-HONORÉ

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Flour
  • Pinch Salt
  • ¼ cup Grand-Marnier
  • 1 envelope Gelatin, unflavoured
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 ½ cups Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Confectioner’s sugar
